Andreas Bachlechner 4f33fd727c Add options to use nan instead of 0 for missing data and to show gaps 
only if all data are invalid.

- use_nan_for_missing_data = y
- gap_on_all_nan = y

This is useful if missing data could otherwise be misinterpreted as valid.
Default behaviour does not change.
