This power strip has Tuya TYWE2S module (ESP8285 chip). Successfully flashed Tasmota on it.
4 power outlets are individually controlled. USB ports have just one relay to switch all ports on/off.

Used this connection for flashing (just connect GPIO0 on the back side of the module to GND before USB connection to enter flash mode):
