Now that I have openHAB and a tasmota-sonoff working with MQTT, I decided to write my self a How-To file to document things so that I can duplicate my configuration in the future. I somehow got the thing working over several months of sweat and tears, but don't remember how i got there. When I looked at the following wiki
https://github.com/arendst/Sonoff-Tasmota/wiki/Arduino-IDE
I got all confused again.
What is 2.30, 2.40, and 2.41 ?
I remember seeing three files somewhere with these numbers.
Are these numbers sonoff hardware models? __________
Are they software version numbers? __________
What is their function ? ___________
What is their advantage, one over the other ? ___________
How do I use them (in a format suitable for insertion in my How-TO file) ? ____________
I realize that the wiki gives different IDE setups for each number, but not sure which one I have. It seems that I had to do something to pick a file from the download depending which number I have.
