Header is marked GND, RXD, TXD, 3V3.
Make sure RXD is connected to Transmit on your programmer and TXD is connected to Receive.
Of course Ground and 3.3vdc to power unit during download.

Hold the button and plug in programmer.
I flashed with Arduino IDE and Tasmota 6.2.1.
Device works perfectly as a Sonoff Basic
