Press hold the button while connecting to the computer. I flashed the tasmota bin file using ESP Flash tool, flashed successfully at first attempt.
The FTDI232-1 USB to serial interface works fine for the flashing operation but you should transfer to mains power to test the module. (Hold the GPIO0 to GND whilst connecting the USB to the computer then disconnect GPIO0 from GND and proceed to flashing)
