I hope to update this and clean it up but I thought I should get it up here as I found nothing about this plug before I forget to post and I can't remember any details.
Note: I have a newer version of this, labelled C7 HYS-X5-SOCKET_V1.2. The connectors for the ESP-01 board are different. Still mapping them, but beware of following these instructions unless you know you have the same version. For one, ground on mine is where VDD is found here!
