It now prints lines like:
Pin("D9", mode=IN, pull=PULL_UP, GPIO=PA07)
or
LED("LED")
showing for consistency the names as given in pins.csv. For pins, the GPIO
numer is printed as well for a reference.
By reducing the methods to on(), off(), toggle() and call, and using the
method implementation of the machine.Pin class.
The code size reduction is 756 byte.
Instead of being an explicit field, it's now a slot like all the other
methods.
This is a marginal code size improvement because most types have a make_new
(100/138 on PYBV11), however it improves consistency in how types are
declared, removing the special case for make_new.
