util/syspolicy: add 'ResetToDefaults' (#11194)
Updates ENG-2133. Adds the ResetToDefaults visibility policy currently only available on macOS, so that the Windows client can read its value. Signed-off-by: Andrea Gottardo <andrea@gottardo.me>
