Brad Fitzpatrick 996bf9cae7 logtail: don't send a User-Agent 
Just useless bytes on the wire. Especially with HTTP/1.

Tailscale Logs Service

This github repository contains libraries, documentation, and examples for working with the public API of the tailscale logs service.
