  1. Bump the version number in version.txt
  2. Visit https://github.com/OpenLiveWriter/OpenLiveWriter/releases and create a new release with that version number.
  3. Push a signed build to the release share
  4. Flush the CDN
  5. Post about the new version on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
